Custom Gasket Production

Hand-cut, die cut, KnifeJet, and WaterJet precision cut gaskets made to your specifications. 24-hour emergency services, same-day quotes, and OEM gasket duplication.

WaterJet Cutting

Precision and accuracy up to +/- 0.005". No tooling charges. 8' x 12' cutting bed. Cuts materials up to 3" in thickness.

KnifeJet Cutting

Sheet, strip, extruded shapes, or geometric figures such as circles and rectangles, made to order.

Custom Molding & Extrusion

Custom-molded and custom-extruded rubber products in all rubber compounds: lathe cut, compression molding, O-rings, seals, U-channel, "D", "P", "L" extrusions and custom profiles.

Custom Bent Tube Assemblies

Flaring, compression components, or a combination. 1/8" to 1" bending diameter range, rotary draw bending with or without mandrel, low to high volume.

Custom Hose Crimping

With our large bore hose crimper, we can crimp hoses up to 6" in diameter.

Roller Recovering

Urethane, rubber in all compounds, sponge, and lagging.
